Designed, engineered and hand-built in Denmark, it fills any room with a sound that belies its size. Our Soundstage Enhancement Concept (SEC) releases controlled rear radiation in a phase-coherent manner, enhancing depth perception, lateral width and image stability. The driver responds at the very first moment of a signal, accelerating from rest with a precision that reveals the smallest detail rather than obscuring it. Our Accelerated Force Concept (AFC) and Low Compression Concept (LCC) work in concert to reduce driver inertia and minimise air pressure build-up behind the diaphragm. Second-generation Freedom Grounding® routes unwanted currents safely to ground – silence becomes quieter, detail clearer. A unique three-position damping adjustment matches the R 5 Arreté precisely to any amplifier: transistor, high-power transistor or valves.
